From engagement to impact: supercharge your online campaigns

Amplify your campaign’s impact and grow your movement

Make your efforts more effective and grow your support base

Online campaigns remain one of the most effective ways to engage existing supporters, attract new ones, and boost fundraising efforts. They are a cost-effective method to increase the visibility of actions and reach a broader audience that might not typically be aware of these activities.

Petitions? They’re polite but often too easy to ignore. Mail-to-target campaigns? They grab attention but can irritate the elected officials they target, potentially harming your cause.

However, the space for online campaigns may shrink in the coming years due to a double squeeze: “compassion fatigue” among supporters, who increasingly perceive online engagement as lacking impact, and scepticism from recipients, who are beginning to question the authenticity of such campaigns. The rise of AI further complicates this, making it harder to distinguish between genuinely concerned citizens and bots.

Digital outreach remain the most cost-efficient way to mobilise millions, but addressing its weaknesses is crucial to prevent them from being seen as irrelevant in the near future.

Bridging the impact gap

Our project fills the “impact gap” between traditional methods like petitions and mail-to-target actions by completing the communication chain and improve the feedback loop.

The key to increase the impact of a campaign is to take into account your targets desire to explain to their constituents (ie. your supporters) what their position is.

By combining real-time updates with a data-driven approach, we make it easier to engage MEPs while keeping your supporters motivated.

Here’s how it works:

  • Facilitating replies: MEPs can write back to your supporters through our platform. You’ll see how many replies were sent and can access each response if you wish to.

  • Real-time insights for MEPs: They receive clear updates about your campaign—not just how many supporters contacted them, but when, from which regions of their country, and other advanced analytics (similar to the tools you probably already use as a campaigner).

This bridges another gap: the disconnect between MEPs and their constituents. We believer it fosters meaningful dialogue, helping supporters feel heard and showing MEPs that they’re engaging with voters in real, measurable ways.

Our Circular Democracy platform aims to be the perfect mix of participatory democracy and state-of-the-art tech. It’s built to make real collaboration between citizens, activists, and decision-makers not just possible, but easy an organic. With the extreme right gaining ground in Europe, we believe this kind of approach isn’t just a nice idea—it’s something democracies urgently need right now. It’s about a paradigm shift: where people can truly engage, hold leaders accountable, and work together to shape the future.

Preventing misinformation

If you’ve run mail-to-target campaigns, you may have encountered MEPs replying with factually incorrect or misleading information. Our platform introduces a “campaigner’s clarification” feature, allowing you to address inaccuracies before your supporters receive the response. This ensures your supporters are accurately informed and continue to trust your campaign.

Building a feedback loop

By creating a continuous feedback loop between citizens, campaigners, and representatives, this project strengthens online activism. Supporters gain confidence that their actions have an impact. MEPs gain the opportunity to showcase their alignment with important causes. And you, as campaigners, gain a more transparent and effective way to measure and amplify your campaigns’ success.

Why it matters

When campaigns prioritise engagement and accuracy, everyone benefits. Supporters become more informed and motivated, MEPs connect more meaningfully with their constituents, and online campaigns become a stronger pillar of modern democracy.

This isn’t just about tactics—it’s about creating a civil society ecosystem that empowers citizens and representatives to work together for change.

Is Democracy Broken? Time to Explore New Models

Traditional representative democracy, while valuable, has demonstrable limitations in the face of modern challenges. Increasing political polarisation, declining voter turnout, and a growing sense of detachment from political processes highlight the urgent need for innovative and more participatory models of governance.
